Welcome to ArchiGlobo Culinary. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

ArchiGlobo Culinary provides premium cooking experiences including private chef services, cooking classes, and meal preparation services throughout Canada. Our services are designed to enhance your culinary skills and provide exceptional dining experiences.

Booking and Payment

All services require advance booking and payment confirmation to secure your reservation. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and electronic transfers. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service: Full refund
• Cancellations made 2-7 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service: Non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability
• No-shows without prior notification: Non-refundable

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate dietary restrictions and preferences
• Ensuring a safe and accessible cooking environment for our staff
• Providing necessary kitchen equipment as discussed during booking
• Informing us of any changes to contact information or service requirements
• Adhering to scheduled appointment times
• Providing payment according to agreed terms

Service Modifications

ArchiGlobo Culinary reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: ingredient unavailability, staff illness, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements or full refunds.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and service descriptions, is the property of ArchiGlobo Culinary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ArchiGlobo Culinary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Food Safety and Allergies

While we take every precaution to ensure food safety and accommodate dietary restrictions, clients with severe allergies must inform us in advance. We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens due to shared kitchen environments and ingredient sourcing.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
